本規約は、imountが提供するアプリ「糖質チェッカー」の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。
本サービスは、食事の写真からAIを用いて糖質量を推定するサービスです。推定値はあくまで参考値であり、医療的な診断や治療の代替となるものではありません。
本サービスが提供する糖質推定値は参考値です。実際の糖質量とは異なる場合があります。医療上の判断には必ず専門家にご相談ください。当方は本サービスの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
プレミアムプランはApp Storeを通じた自動更新サブスクリプションです。解約はiOSの設定→Apple ID→サブスクリプションから行えます。解約後も現在の請求期間終了まで利用できます。
本サービスを不正な目的で使用すること、本サービスのシステムに不正にアクセスすることを禁止します。
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約はアプリまたはウェブサイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

These terms apply to the use of "Carbs Checker" provided by imount.
The Service estimates carbohydrate content from food photos using AI. Estimates are for reference only and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Carbohydrate estimates are approximate. Actual values may differ. Please consult a medical professional for health decisions. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this Service.
The Premium Plan is an auto-renewable subscription through the App Store. You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Using the Service for unauthorized purposes or unauthorized access to the Service is prohibited.
We may update these terms as necessary. Changes take effect when posted in the app or on the website.
