糖質チェッカーのご利用条件について定めています。
本規約は、imountが提供する「糖質チェッカー」の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本サービスは、食事写真をAIで解析し、 糖質量の目安を推定するサービスです。
写真だけでは料理や食材を十分に特定できない場合、 ユーザーが追加の補足情報を入力して再解析できる場合があります。
本サービスが表示する糖質量、料理名、内訳、 糖質を調整するためのヒントなどはAIによる推定結果です。
実際の食材、分量、調味料、調理方法などにより、 実際の糖質量とは異なる場合があります。
本サービスは、推定結果の正確性、完全性、 特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
iOSアプリでは、1日の糖質量を振り返るための 「参考ライン」をユーザー自身で設定できます。
初期値として表示される数値を含め、 この参考ラインは医学的または栄養学的な推奨値を示すものではありません。 ユーザー自身が日々の記録を見るための目安として利用するものです。
本サービスは医療機器ではなく、 診断、治療、投薬その他の医療上の判断を目的として提供するものではありません。
健康状態や疾病に関する判断については、 医師、管理栄養士その他の専門家へご相談ください。
iOSアプリの無料版では、 AIによる糖質解析を1日3回まで利用できます。
利用回数や提供内容は、 サービス改善等のため将来変更される場合があります。
無料版では広告が表示される場合があります。
プレミアムプランは、 App Storeを通じた自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供されます。
プレミアムでは、AI解析回数の拡張、 長期の糖質履歴、週間レポート、 「いつもの食事」、端末内の食事写真保存、 広告非表示などの機能を利用できます。
現在のAI解析回数上限は1日20回です。
購入代金はApple Accountに請求されます。
サブスクリプションは、 ユーザーがAppleのサブスクリプション管理画面から 自動更新を停止しない限り更新されます。
解約後も、現在の請求期間が終了するまでは プレミアム機能を利用できる場合があります。
App Storeを通じて購入したプレミアムプランは、 購入時と同じApple Accountを使用して アプリ内の「購入を復元」から復元できます。
糖質記録、解析履歴、「いつもの食事」、 ユーザーが設定した参考ライン、 任意で保存した食事写真などは、 基本的にユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
アプリの削除、端末の故障、初期化その他の事情により、 保存されたデータが失われる場合があります。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本サービスの内容は、 改善、保守、外部サービスの変更その他の事情により、 予告なく変更または停止される場合があります。
本サービスの利用または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、 法令上認められる範囲で責任を負わないものとします。
本規約は、必要に応じて改定することがあります。

These Terms govern your use of Carbs Checker.
These Terms govern the use of Carbs Checker, provided by imount. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Carbs Checker uses AI to analyze meal photos and estimate carbohydrate content.
When a meal or ingredient cannot be sufficiently identified from the photo alone, users may be able to provide additional information and run the analysis again.
Carbohydrate amounts, meal names, breakdowns, and suggestions displayed by the service are generated or estimated by AI.
Actual carbohydrate content may vary depending on ingredients, serving size, seasonings, and preparation methods.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated results.
The iOS app allows users to set a daily carbohydrate “reference line” for reviewing their own records.
This value, including any default value shown by the app, is not a medical or nutritional recommendation. It is a personal reference selected for tracking purposes.
Carbs Checker is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or other medical purposes.
Consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding health conditions or medical decisions.
The free version of the iOS app currently allows up to three AI carbohydrate analyses per day.
Usage limits and available features may change in the future as the service is improved.
The free version may display advertisements.
Premium is provided as an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store.
Premium features include an increased AI analysis limit, longer-term carbohydrate history, weekly recaps, “Usual Meals,” optional on-device meal photo storage, and an ad-free experience.
The current AI analysis limit for Premium is up to 20 analyses per day.
Payment is charged to the user's Apple Account.
The subscription renews automatically unless the user disables automatic renewal through Apple's subscription management settings.
Premium features may remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
App Store purchases may be restored from the app using the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Carbohydrate records, analysis history, “Usual Meals,” the user-defined reference line, and optionally saved meal photos are generally stored locally on the user's device.
Stored data may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is damaged or reset, or due to other circumstances.
The service may be changed or suspended without prior notice due to improvements, maintenance, changes to third-party services, or other circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
These Terms may be revised as necessary.
